Pumpkin Spice!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. I colored this Beautiful Fall Digital Stamp from the Not 2 Shabby Shop for #thedailymarker30day coloring challenge. Every time Kathy Rac has a coloring challenge I try and participate even if it is a small image. I’m am trying to keep up. Wish me luck!! Onto my card!

This Digital stamp is called Pumpkin Spice Everything. I printed it onto white cardstock and colored it in with my Copic Markers. I also used some Catherine Pooler Cove Blue Dye ink for the ink blended background and I also used the Copic Marker B93 to get in between the image that had white areas shown. I also used my Prismacolor Colored pencils for the nooks and crannies.

I cut my background out with a circle die from Waffle Flower Crafts. I cut out a rectangle with white cardstock using Waffle Flower Crafts A2 Lacy Layers Die set. I added my white rectangle to a kraft A2 card base and added my circle image with foam. I then added white accents, Nuvo drops, and sequins. That finishes my card, I hope you like it!

You Can Do It!

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great week. I have had a busy week so far, meetings and my son being sick. My mom being in the hospital. On a positive note everyone is getting better. I have a cute and Tropical card to share with you today. I love Toucans and these ones are so cute!

I started coloring for the Dailymarker30day challenge Last night. I thought these cute birds were easy and so cute to color. They are called from Pretty Pink Posh called Tropical Toucans. I stamped them onto Neenah 80lb. cardstock with Oreo Ink from Taylored Expressions. I then colored them in with my Copic Markers and placed white accents with my Signo Pen. I then cut them out with the coordinating dies.

To make my background, I grabbed some white cardstock. I used my Simon Says Stamp’s New Large Ink Blending Brushes. These are Large brushes so I got my background ink blended fairly quickly. I used Distress Oxides inks in Ripe Persimmon and Kitsch Flamingo. I then layered a Tropical Leaves Background Stencil from Lawn Fawn. I used Distress Oxide inks in Bundled Sage and Antique Linen.

Next, I cut my ink blended cardstock out with a LDRS A2 stitched rectangle die. I decided to add some sparkle with some Hydracolour paints in Bubble gum, Pina Colada, Tangelo, and Sour Apple. I placed my panel in my Misti Stamping Platform and stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Oreo ink. I then glued my images onto my panel with liquid glue. The Toucan on top near the tree is added with foam. My panel was then added to a A2 card base. Lastly, I added Doodlebug Jewels. I hope you enjoyed my card!

Make A Wish and a Light Up Card!

Hello Everyone! I am so excited I made my first light up card using Pear Blossom Press EZ-LIGHT and MFT Stamps. I have two Birthday cards for you today. Let’s get started!

Aren’t they cute?? I love how my backgrounds turned out too. I colored the girl image on the right from MFT Wish Granted for the Dailymarker30day that I posted on Instagram. She was stamped onto Neenah Solar White 80lb with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink, I then fussy cut her out. I decided to color another one of these sweet images because I really love fairies and this one is just too cute.

To make my backgrounds I started out with a A2 black piece of cardstock 80lb. I then used Distress Ink Kitsch Flamingo Distress ink adding ink in a circular motion in the center of my panel. I then added Seedless Preserves Distress ink. I did that a few times taking turns until I got the look I wanted using my blending tools. I then sprayed Distress Oxide Spray in Shaded Lilac and when it was dried I used Picket Fence Distress Spray. When that was dry I added Hydracolour watercolor paints from Etsy in Chrome flicking drops with my paintbrush. I then made another panel repeating the same process to use for the other girl image I colored. On this Panel I used Tim Holtz Swirling Stars Thinlits that I diecut on this panel because I wanted to make a light up card. My first one that had been on my list of things to make. It was quite easy to do just leaning about placement which I used scotch tape to place my wires where I wanted them. I added some vellum so that my stars were not too bright and then added foam tape around my light button and placed around to even my card front before I added it to a black A2 card base. I used the New Bunny Moon from TRHD for the stamp image that says “press me” that I stamped on white cardstock in Jet Black ink and colored it with a Copic marker before fussy cutting it out.

Isn’t it fun?? I love it so much and it was really easy to put together. I was nervous for nothing LOL. I stamped the sentiment with Altenew Obsidian black dye ink onto white cardstock I copic colored and then cut out with my paper trimmer. They were then added to both of my cards with liquid glue.

On this one I used the stars from the Tim Holtz Swirling Stars die set and cut them out with a purple glitter cardstock. On both cards the fairies wings and wands have coarse glitter on them. I hope you like my cards they were so much fun to make especially the light up one of course.
