Big Birthday Cake

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. I have like a sweets hangover from Valentine’s Day LOL. Cookies and Chocolates. You Name it! Anywhoo…I have a Birthday Card using 2 stencils from A Colorful Life Designs February Release. I will have supplies listed down below as well as a coupon code.

For this card I used the New Simple Happy Birthday Stencil and Big Birthday Cake Stencil. I laid my stencil down onto my Hammermill cardstock and Make Art Stay-tion. I did some ink blending using Icing On The Cake ink from Catherine pooler. I also used party Dress Pink ink from Catherine Pooler for the pink portion on my cake. I did use some Altenew Embossing Paste for my frosting. Some Frosting got on my pink so I had to copic color my pink portion once the paste was dry. I ink blended my candle pink and used Stardust ink for my flame. I flicked some pink ink splatters with water all over my panel.

I used the Simple Happy Birthday stencil just to ink blend the word Happy with pink ink. I love this stencil I used it for most of my cards this month. I cut out my sentiment with a banner die. I cut my panel smaller than a A2 size using my paper trimmer. I then glued my panel to a A2 card base and glued my sentiment. I added some enamel dots and that was it. I hope you like my card. We are having a Birthday Challenge over in the FB group. You can win $15 to A Colorful Life Designs. Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your order.

Happy Birthday

Hello Friends, I hope you are doing well. I have Birthday card to share using the Fabulous A Colorful Life Designs January 2022 Release! I love A7 cards and I hope you do too!
I will have a coupon and products listed down below.

On this card I am using the New Tranquil Spiro Stencil 6×9. It’s so very pretty. I chose to make a A7 card to show off this Beautiful Stencil. I used some white Hammermill Cardstock with Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide ink, and Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide ink. After I was done ink blending I applied some Paste with my finger in the center of my flower. I sure hope it’s a flower. I thought the sparkle was nice. I flicked some blue ink from the Distress onto my panel for interest.

I cut my panel out with a Modern embossed A7 Rectangle die from Trinity Stamps using second to the largest die. I cut out some navy cardstock using the largest A7 die from the set. I layered my panels together and added them to a A7 card base. I cut out a birthday word die with navy cardstock using a retired set from Winnie And Walter. I then stamped a happy sentiment from Trinity stamps using white cardstock and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide ink. I cut out my sentiment using my paper trimmer. I glued my sentiments to my panel and added some clear sequins using my Trinity Stamps Pick Up Stick. I hope you like my card. Happy Birthday

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well we are getting really close to Christmas. It’s Amazing how fast this Holiday approaches us and then it is sadly it’s over. Anywhoo I hope you enjoy every moment.

I have a Birthday Card to change up all the Holiday cards I have been posting. Do you enjoy making different sized cards? Sometimes I do. On this panel I felt I had too it was too pretty. I used this gorgeous Split Feather Stencil set from A Colorful Life Designs for my larger card today. I placed the stencil on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock on my Make Art Stay-tion and began ink blending the positive side of the stencil using Skylight dye ink and Spruce Dye ink, both from Catherine Pooler. I then used the Negative stencil with Sugared Lavender Dye ink from the same ink set. When I was done ink blending I used the colors of ink with a little bit of water and flicked droplets onto my panel. I also used some gold metallic paint to flick onto my panel.

I really didn’t want to cut cut up this gorgeous panel so that is why I have a unregular size card. It measures 5 x 51/2. I added it to a card base my measuring my panel to get the right size. I added a Gold foil sentiment from my stash that I previously foiled from Pinkfresh Studio. I added it with liquid glue and then added some gold pearls from Pinkfresh Studio. I hope you like it. I will be making a custom envelope for it and hope to mail it out soon. You can use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your order At A Colorful Life Designs.

And More Christmas Tree Cards

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well. I hope to get all my Christmas Cards mailed by Monday. I am proud of myself because at the end of November I mailed Christmas Cards to my friends who live internationally. I have some more Christmas cards to share using the Marvelous Mask Christmas Tree Stencils from A Colorful Life Designs. I promise these are my last ones but I do love this stencil set and hope you’ll grab it. I will have a code down below.

On this card I used the Marvelous Mask Christmas Tree Stencil with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink, Twisted Citron Distress Oxide ink, and Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide ink. After ink blending my Christmas Tree I flicked some gold metallic paint onto my tree. I then used the Mask included and covered my tree so that I could ink blend the dog from the Rainbow Pets Stencil. I have some crafty friends who have dogs so thought this card could be sent to them. I used Black Soot Distress Oxide ink for the dog and a black copic marker for some definition.

I then placed a mask on the tree and dog and began ink blending my background with Faded Jeans Distress Oxide ink. I flicked some water drops and dried the excess with a paper towel. I stamped a sentiment using the one from Simon Says Stamp Heart. I cut my panel down to be smaller than a A2 size panel and applied embossing paste for my snow. My panel was then added to a A2 card base.

On this card I used Kraft cardstock. I cut my panel to a A2 size and placed my tree stencil down. I used the one with a smaller tree and ink blended the tree using white ink. I placed the tree mask on my tree and then used a dark blue ink I believe Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide ink. I like the look and hope you do too. I flicked some gold and blue splatters. I then stamped the sentiment using the same Simon Says Stamp stamp set using a different blue ink. I then cut my panel down smaller than A2 and added it to a A2 card base.

On my final card I used gray cardstock and which I used some Emerald glitter paste like I did in my first set of cards in which I have a YouTube video on. Some of the paste smeared and I tried to clean it up with white and gold splatters. I think it still is fun. I stamped a sentiment and cut this panel down before adding it to aA2 card base. I hope you like all the variety I have shown using these Marvelous Mask Christmas Tree Stencils. The possibilities are endless! Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your purchase.

Merry & Bright

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I wanted to mail these cards out and thought I would share them with you first. I was so excited when Simon Says Stamp had their Black Friday Sale and this stencils set was one of their products listed at a cheap price. This stencil set is called Christmas Foliage and it comes with 4 Slimline Stencils. I chose to use them mostly separately. I used dye inks Catherine Pooler Cranberry Fizz and Deck The Halls with white and kraft cardstock. I bet they are pretty on any color cardstock though. I also used Concord & 9th Stardust. Of course they are not perfect but I still think they look pretty.

I cut them out with a Simon Says Stamp Slimline Die Set. I used a CZ Design Merry & Bright die set for my sentiments with white and red cardstock as well as Pinkfresh Studio Holiday stamp sentiments that are heat embossed with gold embossing powder on black cardstock and cut out with the coordinating die. To embellish I either used satin ribbon, twine, stickles, or pops of color drops.

My panels were then added to Slimline card bases. I hope you like them, I hope my recipients like them. I had so much fun making them and were so easy too! Until Next Time!

More Fun Tree Cards

He everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I have some more fun Tree Holiday Cards to share with you today using A Colorful Life Design Stencils. I will have a list of products down below as well as a Coupon Code for A Colorful Life Designs.

I have a set of cards using Marvelous Masks Christmas Tree Stencils. On this card I simply laid stencil number 4 onto my Neenah Solar white 80lb cardstock. I did use my Wendy Vecchi Make Art Stay-tion to help me ink blend without my stencil moving. I used Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide ink and easily had a tree ink blended on my cardstock. So easy. I flicked some gold nugget Metallic hydracolor paint onto my cardstock and let it dry. I stamped a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp Heart of Christmas with black ink using my Misti Stamping Platform. I cut my cardstock smaller than a A2 size and glued it to a A2 card base.

This one is my favorite! I used 2 Stencils this time. I used the Marvelous Mask Christmas Tree Stencil number 4 and Perfect Little Trees Stencil. I used Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink with stencil 4 and left my stencil in place while I laid down the Perfect Little Trees stencil down using the Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide ink. I then flicked some Gold Nugget Metallic Hydracolor Paint and used the same sentiment. Super fun to mass produce these cards. I then cut my p down again and glued it to a A2 card base.

And for my final card I used a different green ink, Twisted Citeron Distress Oxide ink with Stencil Number 4. I Cut my cardstock down and added it to a A2 card base. I felt these cards didn’t need any embellishments. I hope you have enjoyed my Holiday Tree cards. I do have some more to share with you in a different post. You can tell how much I love these stencils right? A must have for your collection. Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your purchase.

Christmas Ornaments

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well. I have a Ornament card today using some fun Stencils and Masks from A Colorful Life Designs.

On this card I used the Marvelous Masks Ornaments Stencils. I had fun masking these ornaments to make a fun design. I first started out with Stencil 2 with Ballet Slipper ink on my white cardstock. I then used the mask that comes with this set and placed stencil 3 over my mask. I positioned both stencil pieces using my Make Art Stay-tion and magnets. I began ink blending using Sea Glass ink. I used Stardust ink for the ornament hook/topper part. I then did the same using ornament 2 and Honeysuckle ink. Ink blending the last ornament stencil 4 with Ballet Slipper ink and using 2 masks.

I cut my ink blended panel out with my paper trimmer smaller than a A2 size. I then stamped a sentiment with Stardust ink using a Stamp from Simon Says Stamp and my Misti Stamping Platform. I then added my panel to a A2 card base. I hope you like my card. Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your purchase at A Colorful Life Designs.

O Christmas Tree!

Hello Everyone! I hope you are doing well. Today is December 1st, My Birthday and I have some Christmas Tree Cards to share with you using A Colorful Life Designs. I then placed the stencil #2 over my kraft panel and used some Creative Expressions Sparkle Texture Paste Emerald using a spatula. After it dried, I flicked some Nugget hydracolour metallic paint splatters using a little bit of water and a paint brush.

I then stamped my sentiments with red ink using a stamp block with Simon Says Stamp Heart Of Christmas stamp set. I then added my card panels to A2 card bases. Peace & Joy

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I have a Christmas Card to share with you today using A Colorful Life Designs November Release.

I used this Beautiful Single Poinsettia Stencil for my card today. I love it! You can definitely use it for a different kind of flower and use it for any occasion. I first started out with some Cream cardstock. I laid my Poinsettia Stencil over my cardstock using my Make Art Stay-tion and used Peppermint Scrub ink and a blending brush to stencil my cardstock. I then used Eucalyptus ink for my green leaves. I then applied some Gina K Designs Bubblegum Glitz Glitter Gel using my fingers to the center of my flower using the stencil. I think it looks so pretty. I put some peppermint scrub ink on a stamp block and applied a little water before flicking on some splatter onto my panel. My panel was cut with a A2 rectangle die from MFT.

I glued my panel to a A2 red card base and stamped a sentiment from Pinkfresh Studio Holiday stamp set. I used the same Peppermint Scrub ink to match and then cut my sentiment out with the coordinating Die set. My sentiment was then added with foam strips. I hope you like my card. It was so fun to make, I love the results you get from a stencil. Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your order. There is also a Master Creator Bundle for 20% off.

Stenciled Holiday Hugs Cards, Word Dies, and No Stamping!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I have my last two cards from A Colorful Life Designs October Release. I hope you have checked out the whole Release, I love it. November Release will be here shortly and I know you will love it!

On my first card today, I’m using the gorgeous Elegant Snowflake Stencil. I used a soft green and gray ink with blending brushes. I placed my stencil over white cardstock using my Make Art Stay-tion. I chose to lay my stencil in different areas of my panel to get a fun elegant look. It is so pretty right?

When I was done ink blending I cut it to be a 5×7 card panel using my Paper trimmer. I used a word die from Gina K Designs that I cut it out 2 times in white cardstock and silver glitter cardstock. I curved it to be in the middle of my panel and glued it on. I added my panel to a 5×7 card base and added some gems. I hope you like it!

On this card I used the Cozy Knit Stencil with white cardstock and purple ink. When I was done ink blending, I cut it out with the Simple Strips Landscape die from Lawn Fawn. I chose to use it as a Portrait instead of Landscape.

I then added my strips to a A2 card base. I used a word die from Reverse Confetti Warm Hugs and cut it out three times. I ink blended one of them using the purple ink to match and then glued them together to add to my panel. I ink blended the sides of my panel to get more purple on my panel and added some pops of color in Soft Lilac. I hope you like this card. Stenciled Birthday Cards

Hi everyone! i hope you are doing well. I have some fun Birthday cards I made using this New Stamp/Stencil Combo Set from Taylored Expressions.

I had so much fun making these cards. You get to build these party Hats in fun colors and they are labeled. I first cut out some Hammermill Cardstock 110lb. I placed both my my cardstocks into my Mist Stamping Tool. I used the Stamp set first from Taylored Expressions Party Time Stamp & Stencil Combo. I stamped them with Sangria Dye ink from Catherine Pooler Urban Oasis Collection. I then placed Stencil 1in my Make Art-Stay-tion using my magnets to hold my cardstock and stencil in place. I lined up the dots and ink blended with Catherine Pooler Do-Si-Do ink color. Next I placed Stencil 2 onto my cardstock and ink blended with Rouge ink color from Catherine Pooler Urban Oasis Collection. Lastly, for stencil 3 I used Salvaged Patina Distress ink for the confetti.

On both cardstock pieces I would use the same stencil on both, I would just clean each stencil and grab a new brush and ink color.

On this card panel I used Orange Peel ink color for stencil one, and Queen for a day for stencil 2. On stencil 3 I used Stone Blue Ink color for the confetti. I cut out my nanels and layering rectangle with the Waffle Flower Crafts Lacy Rectangle Die Set. I added foam between the layers before adding them to a A2 card base. I stamped the sentiments from Taylored Expressions Simple Strips Backgrounds on white cardstock and Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. I cut them out with the coordinating die set. I added a foam strip before adding them to my card fronts. Lastly, I added some enamel dots from my stash. I hope you like my Birthday Party Hats Cards.
