Lemon and Leaves Mini Slimline Cards

Hi everyone! I have some fun Lemon and leaves cards today inspired my a Planner Notebook I seen at TJ Maxx recently. I’m using the New Lemon and Leaves Stencil Set from Trinity Stamps LLC for my cards today. Let’s Get Started!

This was the Planner that I was inspired by! I might have to go back and buy it now LOL.

I started ink blending with my Blending Buddy Brushes using my blue inks first Blue Ribbon Distress Oxide ink and then I used Catherine Pooler Cove Blue. I used Mustard Seed Distress Oxide ink for my lemons. This kit has 4 stencils and has the lemon negative pieces that you can use for a cleaner look. I like this look and will try the cleaner way another time. I like that we have options!

I was able to get three mini panels using the Mini Modern Embossed Modern Slimline Die Set. I layered these panel with blue cardstock using another rectangle die from the same Mini Slimline die set.

I cut out a word die using the Slimline Striped Frame Panel Die Set with a navy blue cardstock. I layered it over white heavy weight cardstock and glued them onto my panels. I added these panels to a Mini Slimline Card Base card. Lastly, I added some Brilliant Citrine Rhinestone embellishments with my Pick Up Stick and On Point Glue. I hope you like them. I can always add a sentiment inside. Thank you for taking a peek!

A Colorful Life Designs using the Waves Stencil

Hi everyone! I have a fun card to share with you today using this Beautiful Waves Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. I really love this stencil and it was so easy to put this card together. Use my Code VonFan10 for 10% off your order when shopping at A Colorful Life Designs.

I first grabbed some Arteza 110lb Cardstock and trimmed it down to 6×6. I usually trim my cardstock to that size when using a stencil just in case there is a area I may not like, it gives me wiggle room to cut down to my liking. I used Catherine Pooler inks in Cove Blue and Sea Glass using my Trinity Stamps Blending Buddy brushes. I then flicked some water droplets and dried the excess with a paper towel.

I cut down my panel using a Lawn Fawn A2 stitched rectangle die that I ran through my Spellbinders Platinum Machine. I cut out some Sailboats from Memory Box using white cardstock. I colored them in using Copic Markers. I added strips of foam adhesive before adding them to my panel. I then stamped a sentiment from MFT Stamps You Keep Me Afloat using the same Catherine Pooler Cove Blue ink. I cut it down with my paper trimmer and added foam tape to the back before adding it to my panel. Foam was added to my panel before adhering it to my A2 card base. Lastly, I added Nuvo Crystal Glaze to my sail boats and background. I hope you enjoyed my card. Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off.

Trinity Stamps Layered Tea Cup Stencil

Hi my friends, I have a card to share with you today using Trinity Stamps. I love the New Layered 2 piece Tea Cup Stencil and the A7 Envelope Builder Die. They work so perfect together. Let me show you!!

I first started out with some Neenah Solar White 80lb. cardstock and I cut it down to fit inside my Misti Stamping Platform. I laid down my Tea Cup stencil, the cup portion and to help it to stay down I placed Magnets around it. I applied Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink using a Blending Buddy Brush. This stencil has so many elements to help you get a realistic Tea Cup. I used doe ink from Pinkfresh Studio for my Tea ink blending and for decoration on my tea cup. I fussy cut out my Tea cup and my handle so that I glue them together. You can Stencil the handle near the cup which I think is what you are suppose to do. I had did them at the same time which left a space. Fussy cutting them helped me save my tea cup from looking funny.

I used the A7 envelope Builder Die set to make a coordinating envelope. I also used the scalloped rectangle die with kraft cardstock to create my panel for my tea cup. The cute flower on the stencil I used to ink on my panel with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink to match. I then used the leaf die and tea bag from the Trini-Tea Cup Card Die using white cardstock. I used a green ink to ink my leaves using Mint ink from Pinkfresh Studio. Next, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from Best-Tea party on the same kraft cardstock using white embossing powder and Versamark ink. I then used the Best-Tea party dies to cut my sentiment out and added it onto the tea bag with a foam square. I added my panel to a card base and added my stenciled tea cup with liquid glue. I glued one leaf and and added my tea bag and other leaf with a foam square.

I really love this matching envelope. My card matches and fits perfectly. It is really easy to put together. I believe I used a 12×12 Kraft caardstock 80lb. and a scrap of Kraft cardstock from my stash to put it together. I really enjoyed making a larger size card and envelope.

I decorated my panel with the Crystal Rhinestone Clear Mix to add to the centers of my flowers using the New Pick Up Stick . This new tool worked perfectly, a must have tool if you ask me. I also had stenciled my envelope to match my card using that same flower from the stencil. I really hope you like my card and matching envelope. I will have to make more coordinating sets now that I have this A7 Envelope Builder Die Set.

Hi everyone! I’m so very happy to announce that I’m on A Colorful Life Designs Design Team. They have some fabulous stencils if you have not heard of them before. 16 New Designs. A Colorful Life Designs has a July Release packed full of AMAZING. Today I’m sharing two ways to use this 6×9 Flower Overlay Stencil. When shopping use VonFan10 for 10% discount off your total purchase. Okay, Let’s Get Started!

I love this stencil!! it’s so much fun!! Okay so for this card I used the Flower Overlay stencil on white cardstock 110lb. I first used Catherine Pooler Pucker Up Dye ink with my Altenew Blending tool. I decided to ink up the petal with The Stamp Market Melon Dye ink using a round foam tool. I added splatters of Hydracolour paints using Bubblegum, Tangelo, Pina Colada, and Onyx using a paintbrush and water. It’s so pretty and Sparkly in person. I added a pattern with my Paint brush and black onyx hydracolour paint, just laying my paint brush down for interest. I then cut out my inked background with a Stitched A2 rectangle using my Spellbinders Platinum Machine. I have these sentiments stamped already from Simon Says Stamp called XL Greetings 2. I stamped in Altenew Obsidian pigment ink on white heavy weight cardstock. I added this sentiment with foam strips and then embellished with pink sequins. My panel was then added to a A2 card base.

Isn’t this card fun? I had some Tropical Summer Vibes for my inspiration. I used CP Pucker up ink again but this time I moved my Flower Overlay stencil slightly to add Melon and Citrine ink. I love how this looks. I then added the same paint splatters. I have this fun leaf washi tape in my stash and thought it was perfect for this cutie to rest on. This cutie comes form Pretty Pink and Posh Summer Fun Stamp Set. I stamped it in my Mini Misti with LF Jet Black ink and colored it in with my Copic Markers to match my panel. I then fussy cut it out. My panel was cut out with the same A2 stitched rectangle and added to a black A2 card base. I glued my Washi tape with liquid glue and added my tiger with foam strips. I stamped this sentiment from the stamp set with CP Pucker Up ink and cut it with my scissors before gluing it onto my panel. I hope you have found my cards fun. Make sure to use my Coupon Code VonFan10 for 10% off your total purchase at A Colorful Life Designs. I will be back soon with more inspiration on this fabulous Release.

Trinity Stamps Admit One

Hello everyone! I hope your having a great day!! The sun is shining and I hear lots of birds. That always makes my day great! I have a fun card to share using some fun New products from Trinity Stamps.

Isn’t this card cute?? I had so much fun with it and the question is will I be able to part with sending it out? I don’t know LOL. So I used Le Cirque Stamp Set, Le Cirque Die Set, Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack, That’s the Ticket Slimline Series, and Curtain Call Stencil. I first stamped the images onto Neenah 110lb Solar White Cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink using my Mini Misti Stamping Platform. I colored them in with my Copic Markers and then cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I then put my images to the side to make my background. I went in order with the stencil layering set. They are lettered in ABC order. I used Distress Oxide ink colors in Antique Linen, and Vintage Photo using blending Brushes and the same cardstock. I then used some Nuvo Glacier Paste in Golden Era using a Spatula. I didn’t get it spread evenly but that is okay. When it was dry I cut my panel with the Rectangle Stack using the largest rectangle die. I thought it needed a ground piece, so I used Pumice Stone and Black Soot Distress inks on plain white cardstock and cut it to fit on my panel. I then thought my scalloped piece blended in too much so I redid it and fussy cut it out. I added it with foam tape and I liked this look better. I also added foam to this rectangle panel before adding it to my A2 card base.

I diecut the word “Admit One” with pink and black cardstock and the Star is ink blended with Antique Linen. I added everything with liquid glue except the girl being held up she has foam tape. How cute if they were friends or sisters doing this show for everyone to see. Too Cute! Lastly, I added some small Black pearls. I hope you have enjoyed my card. I had so much fun putting it together. I also will be linking this card to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge-Create A Scene.

Thank you for stopping by!

A Colorful Life Designs Petal Overlay

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I have 2 cards to share with you using A Colorful Life Designs

This beautiful stencil is called Petal Overlay it is a larger stencil 6×9. I decided to make a A2 card with it. I first ink blended some white cardstock using Distress inks and Oxides. First, I ink blended Wilted Violet Distress Oxide at the top of my panel and then I used the Seedless Preserves Distress ink cube for the lower portion. I then placed my stencil over my panel using magnets and my Make Art Station. I ink blended the flower with the Dusty Concord Distress ink Cube. I took the stencil off and added some Spiced marmalade Distress Ink Cube for the center and ends of petals. I flicked some water on my panel and absorbed the wetness from my paper towel. I cut my panel to be smaller than a A2 size card and added foam to the back using liquid glue before adding it to my A2 card base. I have some sentiments already stamped and cut for me so I believe this one is from Taylored Expressions. I added it with foam onto my panel. As for my pearls, I won some embellishments from Little Things from Lucy’s Cards so these beautiful gems are called Pearls Glossy Ebony Mix. They are so pretty when the light hits them.

I made another card using colors that matched the Simon Says Stamp IG Challenge. I used Catherine Pooler Sea Glass and Catherine Pooler Pucker Up dye inks using the same Beautiful Stencil. I cut my panel shorter than a A2 card size and added foam to the back before adding it to a A2 card base. I added some Silver glitter cardstock from my stash to spruce up this Birthday card and added a Hemp bow. I then added Cool Mint gems from Little Things from Lucy’s Cards for the center. I then used a sentiment and coordinating die from Waffle Flower Crafts Label Maker set. I hope you like my cards, thank you for stopping by!

To My Sweet Friend!

Hi everyone! Today I have a cute card using Yum Yum Digital Stamp from the Not2Shabby Shop.

Isn’t this a cute Hamster?? I had this image printed from the last time I used it this cutie for a project. It is printed on Georgia Pacific 110lb cardstock. I colored it in with my Copic Markers and then fussy cut it out. I then colored the bow and donut that comes with this set and fussy cut them out too. This set also comes with some cute sentiments.

I then used Waffle Flower Crafts for my background using Sunburst Stencil with Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink with a Altenew Blending tool. I flicked two different brown paints from Prima Complexion using a paintbrush and a little bit of water onto my background. I then used Waffle Flower Crafts Lacy Rectangle dies to cut out my stenciled background and some kraft cardstock for my layers. I added everything to my A2 card base and added foam tape to back of my hamster before adding to my panel. The sentiment is from Sprinkled with Love that I cut with my paper trimmer. Lastly, I added Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the donut, bow, and the eyes. I hope you like my card, thank you for stopping by!

Where The Flowers Bloom So Does Hope!

Hi everyone!!! I hope you are doing well and enjoying the Spring Season. Spring is my favorite Season and it is starting to get really warm. Today I turned my stencil backgrounds into cards. You might have seen them on Instagram where I colored my ink blended stenciled backgrounds with my Prismacolor Colored Pencils. Channeling my inner Kathyrac from thedailymarker30day.

I really love to foil and The Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System is so much fun and easy. I have talked to a few friends who have doubts getting a new foil system. I was too but I am so happy I took the risk and grabbed it during one of their sales. I have tried other systems, I do own some and The Glimmer System is just more satisfactory to me. It takes seconds once warmed up to get your results. Maybe Minutes not seconds but you catch my drift. LOL. On these cards I used the Pretty Pink Posh Spring Flowers Stencils Which is a 2 pack. I first used yellow 65lb. cardstock with Bundled Sage Distress Oxide ink for my greenery. I then used Kitsch Flamingo, Carved Pumpkin, and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide ink with my Blending Brushes for my flowers. Here is where I was inspired from Kathyrac. She always uses colored pencils so I used my Prismacolor Colored pencils on my ink, I even drew in centers for some of those flowers with my white pencil.

I then cut out my backgrounds with The Greetery’s Crimped Rectangle dies. I used my Glimmer Hot Foil System for my sentiment. I used Yana’s Blooming Birthday Collection Floral Background Plates and dies with Polished Brass Glimmer Foil. I foiled the sentiment on yellow paper to match. I then used the die to cut out a backing three times with my Spellbinders Platinum 8.5 for each sentiment. I love the depth. I then grabbed some gold metallic thread and wound it up to place on my panel before adding the sentiment. I added foam from my stash and added it to the back of my panel before adding it to my card bases. I chose to do a portrait and landscape card with White and Kraft card bases.

I also added Gold sequins with On Point Glue to my cards and that finishes off my cards. I hope you like my foil cards I will be back to share with you some more that I created soon. Happy Crafting!

A Note To Say Hello!

Hello everyone! I have a card to share with you today using a Kinda Cute My Patricia Digital Stamp. It’s kind of a newer Digi and I knew when I saw it I wanted to use it. Let’s get started!

It’s a Beautiful floral stamp and I love it so much. It’s called Flower Bouquet. I first downloaded and printed it in my designing App onto Georgia Pacific 110lb cardstock and then I colored it in with my Copic Markers. I fussy cut it out and put it aside to work on my background.

To make my background I used white cardstock 80lb with Honeybee Stamps Watercolor Lines Stencils with Kitsch Flamingo and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide inks using blending brushes. When it was dry I cut it out with a stitched rectangle die from waffle flower crafts. I added my background panel to a A2 card base and then added my flower bouquet with Clear Foam tape. I stamped and heat embossed my sentiment with Versamark ink and WOW White Opaque Bright White embossing powder using Taylored Expressions Mini strips-Fun and Funny Stamp Set and coordinating Asymmetrical Die set on black cardstock 80lb. I added the sentiment strip with Clear foam tape from TRHD and also attached it to my flower bouquet. I then added some Providence sequins from Catherine Pooler. That finishes my card, I hope you enjoyed it. I will be back soon with another project, Happy Crafting!
