Hey Girl Hey…

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well. I love ink blending so I made some quick Slimline Cards today. Let’s get started!

I had to make some quick Thank You cards and I wanted Slimline cards so I used Neenah Solar White cardstock 80 lb, STAMPlorations Burst Slimline Stencil with Distress Oxide inks in Salvaged Patina and Flamingo Kitsch with my Blending Tools. I am so in love with these new Distress ink colors. I will be making more cards with this combo. I then used for my sentiment Unity Stamps Say It Big Coordinating Die Set. I cut out the shadow in black cardstock using my Spellbinders Platinum Diecutting Machine 8.5 and ink blended white cardstock for one of my words with Salvaged Patina before cutting it out. The other is cut out with pink cardstock. I really love these dies. I used for the Mini Strips Fun and Funny from Taylored Expressions that were already embossed with Versamark and Wow Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder onto black cardstock. I then have them cut out with the Taylored Expressions Asymmetrical die and placed in a storage box ready to go from Taylored Expressions. It is really handy to have sentiments ready to go!

I cut out my inked backgrounds with Trinity Stamps Slimline Card Series Scalloped Card Panels and Banners, using the largest slimline die. I then glued my Slimline panels to my Slimline Card bases with Bearly Arts Glue. I then added my word sentiments with the same liquid glue. Lastly, I added sequins from Catherine Pooler Romance with On Point Glue. This glue is a really strong glue and my sequins don’t fall off when I use it. That has been my favorite sequins mix for a while now. I hope you enjoyed my cards, they were so easy and fun to make. I will be back with another blog post soon.

Coffee, Flowers, And Digital Stamps

Hi everyone! I am on the STAMPlorations Blog today with my last Guest Digital Spotlight post. I’m so very grateful for Shery for inviting me to share my projects using Digital stamps. I have a Trio of Digital Projects to share with you today. I love using stencils and stitched coverplate dies with my digital images.

On my first project here I used the Floral Coffee Cup To GO. I absolutely love these coffee cups and they are so fun to color. I first printed this coffee cup onto Neenah Solar white cardstock 80lb. I then colored it in with my Copic Markers. It was then cut out using my Brother Scan N Cut. I splattered some white Copic paint using a paint brush and a little bit of water.

I used the Cutplorations Circles All Over Cover plate for my background with white cardstock. I cut my cardstock so I could layer it on another piece of cardstock for a thicker panel. I then layered them both onto a red A2 card base. I then used the Coffee Fix Phrase die for my sentiment. I cut it out two times in white and black heavy weight cardstock 110lb. Lastly, I added some Nuvo Drops to match.

On this card, I used the Coffee and Roses Digital Stamps. I think this image is beautiful and easy to color. I also printed it on the same Neenah cardstock. I colored it in with Copic Markers and used my Prismacolor colored pencils for the nooks and crannies. I also cut it out with my Brother Scan N Cut. I used the Burst Artplorations Slimline Stencil with Tea Dye, Worn Lipstick, and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide inks with my blending brushes. I splattered some red and metallic silver paint over it when it was dry for fun..

I then cut it out my panel with a stitched rectangle. I used the Clustered Hearts Die that I cut out with white cardstock. I took the hearts and inked them with the same distress oxide inks to match. I used some sentiments from Bloomfully Thankful Clear Stamp Set. I just stamped them with red dye ink on white cardstock and cut them out with my paper trimmer. I then layered them on black cardstock. I layered my stitched stenciled background on foam and then glued everything on my card front and onto a A2 card base.

And for my last project I also used the Coffee and Roses Digital Stamps for my tag. This stamp set has 10 or more images. I hope you own this one! Well my Brother Scan N Cut cut this image inside of the frame and left my frame open so I thought well I can make a shaker out of it. So this was a good accident. I colored the florals with my Copic Markers and added Acetate and foam to make my shaker. I added some red heart confetti and layered it over some Doodlebug pattern paper.

I used the Manila Tags Nesting Dies for my tag. I believe I used the second from the largest tag die. I cut it out two times with red heavy weight cardstock. I used the Wheels Artplorations Slimline Stencil with white Dye ink. I added my shaker and then added a sentiment from Bloomfully Celebrate. I stamped the sentiment with white dye ink onto black cardstock and cut it with my paper trimmer. I added the sentiment with foam tape onto my tag. I then added some enamel dots and seam binding ribbon. Well that finishes my projects I hope you like them. I had so much fun creating them. Thank you for stopping by! Holiday Digital Stamps

Hello Everyone! I’m on the STAMPlorations Blog Today for Spotlight Digital Wednesday. I have another Trio of projects from the Yuletide Cheer Digital stamp set to share with you. Make sure and leave a comment over on their blog to win a gift code.

I chose to use the Yuletide Cheer Digital stamp set because I love all three images included. On this card I used this super cute Snowman. I printed him onto Georgia Pacific 110lb paper and colored him in with my Copic Markers. I then fussy cut him out. I also used the Wheels Slimline Stencil along with Pumice Stone Distress Oxide ink and a blending brush.

I then flicked some ink splatters with Crackling Campfire and Rustic Wilderness Distress inks with my paint brush and a little bit of water. I cut out my panel when dey with a slimline die from my stash. I used the Holidays Cutploration with red foil sticker paper and with cardstock. I glued everything to my panel and popped up my snowman with foam tape. I added a partial sentiment from FA-LA-LA-LA-LATTE that I stamped with red ink and cut with my paper cutter. It was then added with foam tape. My panel was then added to a red slimline card base.

I love this beautiful image. I printed it on the same paper and colored it in with my Copic markers. I then fussy cut it out. I used the Burst Slimline Stencil with Stormy Sky Distress Oxide ink and a blending brush. I love how it turned out.

I added my sentiment using the sentiment from the Holiday Mocha Feels Stamp set with black dye ink. I then cut out my panel with a A2 rectangle die from my stash. I added my panel to a A2 card base and then added some silver stickles.

On my last project, I also printed this image on the same paper and colored with my Copic Markers. I fussy cut it too. I used the Slimline Stencil Glass Blooms with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink using a blending brush.

I cut out my panel with a stitched A2 rectangle from my stash and added my image with foam tape. The sentiment is also from the FA-LA-LA-LA-LATTE Stamp set that was stamped in red pinkish ink. I cut it out with my paper trimmer and added it also with foam tape. I added some Silver stickles throughout my panel and added my panel to a A2 card base. I hope you like all of my projects. They surely were fun to make and I can’t wait to send them in the mail. I will be back next year/month. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Watercoloring Digital Stamps!

Hi everyone! I am so happy to be Guest Designing for Stamplorations today over on their blog! I have a trio of projects using Digital Stamps. I used Fluttery Garden A2 Card Fronts, and Cupful of Blooms to share with you for Digital Spotlight Wednesday that I Watercolored.

For this card I chose to use the Fluttery Garden A2 Card Fronts Digital Stamp. I first printed this Beautiful A2 card front onto watercolor paper 110lb. I love the butterflies so much. I then colored it in with my Karin Markers, Silver Black Velvet water brush, and water. I like to grab my marker and lay some color onto a stamping block and grab water and color to my liking. I then added some gold metallic paint and added it in parts on my flowers and butterflies. I also added some matching blue plaint splatters to my panel for interest.

I cut out my panel with a rectangle die from stash and cut out blue cardstock with a larger rectangle to layer. I then grabbed a gold doily and layered it also. I stamped and heat embossed my sentiment from the Bloomfully Thankful stamp set with glittered gold embossing powder. I glued everything to a A2 black card base. My watercolored panel was then added with foam tape and Iridescent sequins .

On this card I used again another image from the Fluttery Garden A2 Card Fronts digital stamp set. I printed it also on 110lb paper. I colored it also with my Karin Markers. I added gold metallic paint on the centers of my flowers. I flicked some pink water droplets onto my pane with my paintbrush. I chose to fussy cut around the flowers and attached it to my negative part of my panel. I added foam tape to the back of my flowers for dimension. I layered my panel with black and gold cardstock and added it to a black card base.

I stamped my sentiment with black ink onto the same watercolor paper from the Bloomfully Thankful stamp set and layered it with black cardstock before adhearing to my card. I then added gold glitter enamel dots.

On my final project, I used the Cupful of Blooms and printed again on the same watercolor 11olb paper. I used my Karin markers but with a different color palette. I love the blooms in this image. I ink blended around the image with Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide ink. I love purples.

I then used the Manila Tags Nesting dies with the second to largest die and cut my watercolored image out. I then layered it with purple textured cardstock that I cut out with the same tag die. I glued them together and then stamped my sentiment again from Bloomfully Thankful. Lastly, I added sequins and purple seam binding for my tag. I hope you like my watercolored projects for today. I will be back next month with another Trio of projects to share. I had a lot of fun with these. Make sure and use my coupon code STAMPGIRLVONMARIE for 20% off your order.
