Birthday Card-Why Limit Happy

Hello my friends! I hope you are doing well. I have a Birthday card today. I just love Stampingbella Rubber Stamps, don’t you? Today is my MIL’s Birthday and I always make her a cute girly card. I will tell you all about it and have the products listed down below.

Isn’t it a cute card? I hope my MIL likes it. I used the Curvy Girl Collection-Curvy Girl With A Cocktail. I stamped her onto Canson watercolor Paper using my Mist stamping Tool and Heat embossed her using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and Hero Arts Clear Embossing Powder.

I then colored her in with my Tombow Dual Brush Markers. I would just lay down some color and then used a wet paintbrush to spread the color. When I was happy with my results, I used a Tombow marker to make a background wash. When it was dry I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. Such a cute sentiment.

I cut my panel down and then used a Pinkfresh Studio A2 die set to cut my panel out. I then used the bigger A2 rectangle die to cut out some Birthday Pattern paper for layering. I glued my panels together using liquid glue and glued them to a white A2 card Base. Lastly, I added some stickles to the margarita drink and leaves in her hair. That finishes my card. I hope you like it. I had a lot of fun coloring her like my MIL. I will be back soon with another card project!

Sending Sunshine And Rainbows

Hello everyone! I have a fun card to share with you today and a Video. I would like for you to watch my card processing video here:

So I made a process video using Stampingbella Rainbow Tiny Townie. I thought she was so adorable and I have been wanting to make a card with her. I first stamped her onto a New Watercolor paper I had never tried before Fabriano 140lb Coldpress with Lawn Fawn Jellyfish no coloring ink. I have to admit it took me a lot times to get a image I could see and I was using my Misti. I taped the stamped image to a clipboard using Painters tape. I colored it in with Tombow Dual Brush Markers and a yellow Bumblebee Arteza Marker with some water and my Altenew Detailed Brushes. I fussy cut out my image and began using the Rainbow Repeat Stencil from Taylored Expressions. The Catherine Pooler inks I used are DAYDREAM, MANDARIN SPICE, AND SAUNA from The Spa Collection. I used Pucker Up for the pink, using the TE Bitty Brushes. I did spray my stencil with Pixie spray before attaching it to my white cardstock. After my desired Look I cut out my stenciled background with Gina K Designs Master Layouts 1 just using the large rectangle die.

I used my Misti to line up my sentiment to ink over my image with Altenew Obsedian ink. I glued everything with liquid glue to my A2 kraft card base and added some bits from a Rainbow sequin mix from my stash. On my video details I have listed where to get some similar clay sprinkles. Lastly, I added some white gel accents. I hope you enjoyed my card and video. Have a great day and Happy Crafting. I will be back soon with another blog post!
