Hi my friends, I have a card to share with you today using Trinity Stamps. I love the New Layered 2 piece Tea Cup Stencil and the A7 Envelope Builder Die. They work so perfect together. Let me show you!!
I first started out with some Neenah Solar White 80lb. cardstock and I cut it down to fit inside my Misti Stamping Platform. I laid down my Tea Cup stencil, the cup portion and to help it to stay down I placed Magnets around it. I applied Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink using a Blending Buddy Brush. This stencil has so many elements to help you get a realistic Tea Cup. I used doe ink from Pinkfresh Studio for my Tea ink blending and for decoration on my tea cup. I fussy cut out my Tea cup and my handle so that I glue them together. You can Stencil the handle near the cup which I think is what you are suppose to do. I had did them at the same time which left a space. Fussy cutting them helped me save my tea cup from looking funny.
I used the A7 envelope Builder Die set to make a coordinating envelope. I also used the scalloped rectangle die with kraft cardstock to create my panel for my tea cup. The cute flower on the stencil I used to ink on my panel with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink to match. I then used the leaf die and tea bag from the Trini-Tea Cup Card Die using white cardstock. I used a green ink to ink my leaves using Mint ink from Pinkfresh Studio. Next, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from Best-Tea party on the same kraft cardstock using white embossing powder and Versamark ink. I then used the Best-Tea party dies to cut my sentiment out and added it onto the tea bag with a foam square. I added my panel to a card base and added my stenciled tea cup with liquid glue. I glued one leaf and and added my tea bag and other leaf with a foam square.
I really love this matching envelope. My card matches and fits perfectly. It is really easy to put together. I believe I used a 12×12 Kraft caardstock 80lb. and a scrap of Kraft cardstock from my stash to put it together. I really enjoyed making a larger size card and envelope.
I decorated my panel with the Crystal Rhinestone Clear Mix to add to the centers of my flowers using the New Pick Up Stick . This new tool worked perfectly, a must have tool if you ask me. I also had stenciled my envelope to match my card using that same flower from the stencil. I really hope you like my card and matching envelope. I will have to make more coordinating sets now that I have this A7 Envelope Builder Die Set.
