It’s Pumpkin Season!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I have a fun Fall project for you. I decided to make a Pumpkin Spice Gift Card Holder using the Not 2 Shabby Shop Pumpkin Spice Digital Stamp. We just got a Starbucks near us so I thought it was fun to make a gift card using a Starbucks Gift Card. I am so excited for it too, I’m trying not to go to often to Starbucks but it’s very tempting being in Pumpkin Spice Season.

So I first printed this digital stamp onto Hammermill Cardstock. I then colored it in with my Copic markers and fussy cut it out. I used a fun Coffee Gift card holder from Catherine Pooler called Gift Card To Go Die. I cut it out with kraft cardstock from Brutus Monroe and I also cut out the front panel out with pattern paper from my stash. I used a orange Copic Marker to color the lid of the coffee cup and flowers on the pattern paper.

I put my girt card together creasing the edges with my tefphlon bone folder. I popped up my Pumkin Spice Digi image with foam strips. I stamped a sentiment from Catherine Poolers Pumpkin Spice Stamp set with Versafine Clair Green Oasis ink on the same kraft cardstock. I cut it out with my paper trimmer and glued it to my gift card holder. I tied some trine from Lawn Fawn and added some Nuvo Jewel Drops in Orange Marmalade on my pattern paper. I added a Gift card and that finishes my project. I hope you like it.

Trick Or Treat!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. I have some cute Halloween Tags for you today. I used Not 2 Shabby’s Newest Digital Stamp Halloween Gnome.

I just adore this cute Gnome. I had already printed it out awhile ago when this Halloween Gnome was released. I had printed it out on Neenah Solar White 80lb. cardstock. So I colored them in with my Copic Markers and fussy cut them out. I chose traditional colors this time. Do you like traditional? I like both, it depends what my mood is that day. I grabbed some heavy weight cardstock 110lb. and used Tim Holtz Mica Distress Stain Sprays in Flickering Candle and Emptytomb. So fun, I have to have all the sprays.

When my background cardstock was dry I cut it out with a tag die from Simon Says Stamp. I had this new Taylored Expressions Layer It Pumpkins Die Set so I cut out the large pumpkin with white cardstock and used Dried Marigold Distress Oxide ink for the large pumpkins. I then used Ripe Persimmon Distress Oxide ink for the layering on top for the pumpkin. As for the stem I used Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink.

I cut out more tage with kraft cardstock to layer my mica backgrounds on. I love sturdy tags. I ink blended some more white cardstock with Dried Marigold Distress Oxide ink. I stamped a sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink from Millies Haunted Halloween from Taylored Expressions and cut some banners out with my paper trimmer. I glued everything on my tags and popped my Halloween Gnomes up with foam squares. Lastly, I added some twine and a orange enamel dot from my stash. I hope you enjoyed my tags. I really had fun putting them together.

Trick Or Treat!

Hi everyone! The Not 2 Shabby Shop has a New Digital Release today! This cute Halloween Gnome, so precious. I first printed him out on Neenah Solar White 80lb. cardstock. I then colored him in with my Copic Markers. I used a pencil to guide me some lines on his hat. I then fussy cut him out, so easy to do.

I wanted a fun background for him and I love how it came out. I hope you do too! I used some black heavy weight cardstock with Shaded Lilac Distress Paint, Dina Wakley Heather Media Gloss Spray, Dina Wakley Tangerine Gloss Spray, Picket Fence Distress Spray Stain. I then added some Silver Gilding flakes. So fun. I used some Gina K Designs white pigment ink with Circle Tone Mixed Media Stencil from Brutus Monroe, placed randomly on my panel. I cut this panel when dry with a Hero Arts Wood Frame Infinity Dies. I also ran it through again with orange cardstock. I stamped and heat embossed with Wow Opaque White Powder and Versamark ink on black cardstock using a sentiment from Taylored Expressions Mini Strips Halloween. I cut it out with the coordinating dies. I added my Gnome and sentiment with foam strips and added it to my panel. My panel was then added to a A2 black card base. I hope you like it. Not 2 Shabby Shop-Ice Cream Solves Everything!

Hello my friends. Welcome Back, I hope you are doing well. So Hot here, hope it is not as hot where you are. If so I have a cool Card to share with you, hoping it cools you off. I used the Not 2 Shabby shop Waffle Cone Ice Cream Digital Stamp for my card today.

I thought I would make a Slimline card. This was so fun to make and I recently ate some Strawberry Ice Cream in a Sugar Cone. So that was my inspiration. I downloaded this image from my App and colored it in with my Copic Markers. I then fussy cut it out. I also flicked some pink and white paint onto my Ice Cream cone. I ink blended some white cardstock Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink and a blending tool. I then flicked some pink paint over my panel. I used this Pink and Main Slimline Die with Light Pink Cardstock and glued it over my ink blended panel. I added both to a Kraft card base and added my Ice Cream with foam tape.

I cut out the sentiment that comes with this stamp set. and I do agree Ice Cream makes me feel so much better and solves everything at least at the moment. I used my paper trimmer to make a banner and layered it with black cardstock. I added it with foam tape and finished my card with pink clay sprinkles and fun sequins. I hope you have enjoyed my card and I would love to see your card using this stamp set.

Not2Shabby New June 2021 Digital Release

Hi everyone! Today I am excited to share with you that the Not2Shabby Shop has a New Waffle Cone Ice Cream Digital Release. It’s such a cute release for Summer!!!

I cannot ever say no to ice Cream well maybe if it is something weird like anchovies? So I like the fruity or chocolate flavors? How about you? I couldn’t help myself and had to color up these cones in Rainbow Colors. This set comes with a waffle cone, plain cone, and sentiments. I first printed the ice cream cones and sized them to my liking with really no plan in mind. I then colored them in with my Copic Markers and fussy cut them out.

For my background I used a embossing folder with white cardstock and then cut it down shorter than a A2 size. I then added a layer of foam to the back for dimension. My ice cream cones have foam tape to the back of them also. I cut my sentiment from the stamp set using my paper trimmer. I thought this was a fun and simple design. I hope you like it, thank you for stopping by!

I flicked two different brown paints from Prima Complexion using a paintbrush and a little bit of water onto my background. I then used Waffle Flower Crafts Lacy Rectangle dies to cut out my stenciled background and some kraft cardstock for my layers. I added everything to my A2 card base and added foam tape to back of my hamster before adding to my panel. The sentiment is from Sprinkled with Love that I cut with my paper trimmer. A Sunflower Birthday Card

Hello everyone! Happy Wednesday. I hope your having a great week. Can you believe we are almost finished with April? It blows my mind how time flies. I am happy to be half way through the week though and I am really enjoying thedailymarker30day challenge. Today for day 7 I used a Sunflower for my Birthday card today. I love sunflowers they are one of my favorite flowers and my husband recently got me a bouquet of flowers and it had a great big sunflower in it for our Anniversary.

I printed this sunflower Digi from the Farmers Market Digi Stamp set from the Not2Shabby Shop onto Georgia Pacific 110 cardstock. I colored it in with my Copic Markers and Prismacolor Colored Pencils. I then cut it out with a circle die from Waffle Flower Crafts. I layered it with another circle using kraft cardstock and adding foam tape to the back. I then used a Corner 3D Floral embossing folder from Memorybox. I cut out some white cardstock using a stitched rectangle and then I inked some Mustard Seed Distress Oxide ink in the embossing folder and placed my cardstock inside the folder to run through my Spellbinders Platinum cutting machine. I saw Jennifer McGuire’s Video where she did this technique. Although I’m not sure it looks as great, her cards always look AMAZING. It is kind of a cool look though. I used a sanding block like Jennifer does and sanded it on my panel slightly

I then cut out my sentiment from Sprinkled With Love Digi Stamp Set using my paper trimmer and then I layered it with kraft cardstock. I always have birthdays coming up and who doesn’t like sunflowers right? I glued my embossed panel to a A2 card base and added my circle image with liquid glue and my sentiment with foam tape. I then added some sequins to match. I hope you have enjoyed my card. I will be back with another project. Happy Crafting!
