Hi everyone! I hope you are doing Fantastic today. I have some cute Birthday cards, and they just make me smile. I used some Lawn Fawn products today and I will have products listed down below for you as well a Video to watch my process.

I just adore this die set called Plant-A-Succulent by Lawn Fawn. When I first saw it I knew I had to have it. I first started out cutting out all my pieces using white cardstock. I cut them out about three times. I ink blended them with Gina K Designs Autumn Ink Cube collection. I used Fresh Asparagus, Blue Lagoon, Wild Lilac, Peach Bellini, and Sweet Corn ink. I also used Vintage Photo distress Oxide ink for the Soil/ dirt. After, I was done ink blending I glued them together with liquid glue. I cut out my faces and cheeks a few times with pink and black cardstock.

I used the Flower Market paper pad 6×6 with mint cardstock using the Simple Stripes Landscape die. I alternated strips and glued them onto a A2 card base. I stamped my sentiment from from the Year ten stamp set using the Fresh Asparagus ink and my mini Misti. I cut it out with the with the everyday sentiment banners die. I glued everything onto my panel. I added my sentiment with skinny foam tape. I tied a bow from the natural Lawn Fawn Trimmings. Lastly, I added some enamel dots from my stash and Lawn Fawn Clear Glaze.

Sending Happy!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing great and Happy Spring!! I have a Bunny Birthday card today using a New Curved Sweep Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs New March Release. I also used two other stencils from previous releases. I will have supplies and a coupon listed down below for you.

I first used Balloon Bunny stencil that I laid onto my white cardstock and ink blended the bunny with Catherine Pooler Icing on the cake ink. I love how this stencil has the bunny face for you. I used some detailed brushes with black ink for the bunny face. I decided to use the Cloud Edger Stencil which is my favorite stencil. I used it with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink. I just alternate the side of the stencil to get some amazing clouds.

Next, I used the new Curved Sweep Stencil with rainbow inks from Concord & 9th’s Ink Cube Bundle. I used Poppy, Marmalade, Butter Cup, Parsley, Midnight, and Egg Plant. I used some Bitty Blender Brushes from Taylored Expressions to achieve a better blending. The balloons are ink blended with Honeysuckle and Buttercup ink.

I cut out my panel with a Stitched A2 rectangle die. I had a sentiment stamped and ready to go which I believe is from a free rubber stamp by Unity Stamps. I cut out my sentiment with a paper trimmer. I added some sequins and white gel accents for the bunnies cheeks and that finishes off this card. I hope you like it. Thank you for stopping by! Paper Sweeties March 2022 New Release Rewind

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I am super excited about the Paper Sweeties New March 2022 Release Rewind. I have a process video of the Birthday card I created using the New Gather Stamp Set and I hope you like it. I will have all supplies listed down below for you.

New Products:

Gather

Isn’t this cow so cute??? I made a girly Birthday card using the New Sentiment Stamp Set Gather. I first grabbed some Arches watercolor paper Cold Press 140lb. I cut it down to fit in my Misti Stamping platform. I heat embossed images from Farmhouse Sweet Farmhouse and Hay There using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and Hero Arts Clear Embossing Powder. I just think these images are so cute. I then colored them with my Karin Brush Pro Markers. I cut them all out with the coordinating Sweet Cuts Dies using my Spellbinders Limited Edition Platinum Machine.

Next, I grabbed some shimmer cardstock A2 size and made a A2 kraft card base. I stamped and heat embossed the New Sentiment “Girl” from the New Gather Stamp Set using the With Heartfelt Thoughts Stamp frame image. It sentiment fits perfectly in the frame. I cut it out with the coordinating frame sweet cuts die. I wanted a secondary sentiment so I used the Hay There stamp set and this time stamped and heat embossed with Versamark ink and Wow Opaque Bright White embossing powder on black cardstock. I cut it into a strip to fit on my panel using my Mini Paper trimmer.

I glued my panel, my sentiment strip, and my cow with liquid glue. Next, I added my frame sentiment with foam rectangles. Lastly, I decorated my card front with pink Heart Sprinkles from Doodlebug.

I hope you enjoyed my video and the New Release!

Papel Picado Happy Birthday

Hi everyone I hope you are doing well. I have some Birthday cards to share using a beautiful one layer stencil called Papel Picado Happy Birthday Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs February Release.

This stencil called Papel Picado Happy Birthday is so great. I love the sentiment included. You can use the positive with the Negative piece or just the positive like I did on my second card. On this card, I used the negative piece to ink blend with Pink Champagne ink from Catherine Pooler’s Urban Oasis Collection on white cardstock . I then used the positive piece holding it in with the negative piece to ink blend with Sangria ink from the same ink bundle collection. Using magnets with your Make Art Stay-tion is the easiest to keep your stencils from not moving. I cut my panel down smaller than a A2 size and glued it to a A2 card base with liquid glue. I then added some gold pearls for embellishments.

On this card, I just chose to ink blend with one color of ink. I grabbed my white cardstock and laid both my positive with my negative together using my magnets to hold them down. I used Suede Shoes ink from Catherine Pooler Carnivale Collection. I then used a A2 stitched rectangle to cut it out. I added it to a A2 card base with liquid glue. I then added blue sequins and a bow from my stash. I hope you like both cards. You can make a bunch to have on hand. There is still time to join the Birthday Challenge on FB. Use my code VonFan10 to save 10% on stencils.

Have a great day!

Balloons Birthday card

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well today. I have a Birthday card using New Stencils from the New February Release over at A Colorful Life Designs. I will have supplies listed down below as well as a coupon code.

On this card I used the New Balloons Stencil and the New Simple Happy Birthday Stencil. I used Stonehenge Aqua Coldpress Black Cardstock 140lb. I placed the stencil over my 5×7 cardstock using my Make Art Stay-tion. I colored in the balloon with my Karin Metallic Deco Markers. I first tried using a little bit of water but these markers are so fun to use without. So that is what I did. I love the sparkle these markers leave and it was nice to use them for the first time. I placed some ink onto a stamp block and splattered some placks pof paint using a paintbrush and a little bit of water. I let my panel dry and used the simple happy birthday stencil for my sentiment with black cardstock and white pigment ink. I cut it out with a Fishtail banner die.

I cut down my panel smaller than a A2 and added my panel to a A2 card base. I then added my sentiment. I added some enamel dots to match and that finishes off this card. I hope you like it. It was so much fun to use with these deco markers. I hope you’ll check out the New Release and use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your purchase. Have a Great Crafty Day!

Happy Birthday

Hello Friends, I hope you are doing well. I have Birthday card to share using the Fabulous A Colorful Life Designs January 2022 Release! I love A7 cards and I hope you do too!
I will have a coupon and products listed down below.

On this card I am using the New Tranquil Spiro Stencil 6×9. It’s so very pretty. I chose to make a A7 card to show off this Beautiful Stencil. I used some white Hammermill Cardstock with Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide ink, and Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide ink. After I was done ink blending I applied some Paste with my finger in the center of my flower. I sure hope it’s a flower. I thought the sparkle was nice. I flicked some blue ink from the Distress onto my panel for interest.

I cut my panel out with a Modern embossed A7 Rectangle die from Trinity Stamps using second to the largest die. I cut out some navy cardstock using the largest A7 die from the set. I layered my panels together and added them to a A7 card base. I cut out a birthday word die with navy cardstock using a retired set from Winnie And Walter. I then stamped a happy sentiment from Trinity stamps using white cardstock and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide ink. I cut out my sentiment using my paper trimmer. I glued my sentiments to my panel and added some clear sequins using my Trinity Stamps Pick Up Stick. I hope you like my card. Cupcake Cards

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. I am trying to keep busy. I recently purchased this really fun birthday stencil and Cupcake Stamp and Die Set from Hero Arts and Since I belong to a FB card group I needed to get my September Birthday cards made and mailed out.

I love Cupcakes? and Cupcake cards. Don’t you? I couldn’t resist this stamp and die set called Color Layering Cupcake. I first used the Hero Arts Stencil called Streamer onto Neenah Solar white 80lb. cardstock. I cut my sheet of cardstock in four panels. I placed each panel down and placed my stencil over it. I had fun using different color combinations using Catherine Pooler bundle dye inks.

After my backgrounds, I used the Cupcake layering stamp and die set in colored inks to match my backgrounds. I did stamp the cupcake wrapper in black to try it out, that has a cool look to it too. The layering was so much fun. On some I used a brown ink for the cake of the cupcake to show and some for it not to show. I would cut them out with the coordinating die set after. I did have two extra cupcakes and cherries so I made those with a with background.

my backgrounds were cut out using a Diagonal Stitched Rectangle die from Pinkfresh Studio. I also used a Circle die to match. I stamped the ones with a stenciled background with the sentiment on the circle with a curved look using my Mist Stamping Platform. On the other two circle diecuts I stamped the sentiment onto the panel and added some sprinkles on one for fun. I glued and used foam to back some of my panels especially the ones with polka dot ribbon. I like the ribbon and I always forget to use it. I decided just to add some sprinkles on some cards. I chose for no embellishments on these cards. All my panels were added to a A2 card base. I hope you like my Birthday Cupcake cards. I kinda want to make more to have a bunch for my stash.

A Colorful Life Designs August 2021 Release

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. I have Birthday card today using fabulous Stencils from A Colorful Life Designs August Release. In this card project I used the New Grass Edger 1 Stencil and the Cloud Edger Stencil that is from a previous Release. Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your purchase.

I had so much fun using this stencil. I used both the Negative and Positive Stencils of the Grass edger 1 Stencil. I used Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink on Neenah Solar white 80 lb. cardstock using my Blending Buddy Brush. Some areas I would use with a heavier hand, I like the contrast. I then used the Cloud edger with Catherine Pooler’s Cove Blue dye ink for my sky with a light handed ink blending. When I was done ink blending I cut my background out with a stitched A2 rectangle die.

How fun are these cute kids from Lawn Fawn’s Tiny Birthday Friends? I stamped them on Neenah Solar white 80lb. cardstock with Oreo ink. I colored them in with my Copic markers and then cut them out with the Tiny Birthday Friends coordinating dies. I added my ink blended background to a A2 card base. I glued my images to my panel and then stamped a sentiment with Oreo ink onto a banner diecut. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn. A freebie from a previous purchase. So cute and fun I think! Lastly, I added some Pops Of Color Ocean Waves Drops. I hope you like it and don’t forget to use my code to save 10% off your purchase. There is a August creator Master Bundle that Mary Kay created and you get 20% off that bundle. Level Up Birthday Card!

Hi everyone! I have a Special Birthday Card to share with you and it’s another light up card using EZ Lights from Pear Blossom Press.

Today is my Son’s Birthday he is 7. He has been so excited counting down everyday. And he should right?? He has been so excited with my light up cards that I thought I am going to make him one. So I used MFT’s Game Controller Die-Namics. It’s a great die and I have a few gamers in my family. I copic colored some Neenah Solar White cardstock for the buttons on the controller before running the dies through my Spellbinders Platinum Machine. I used heavy weight black cardstock for the controller and diecut it two times for dimension.

I then stamped and heat embossed this cute boy image from The Greeting Farm’s Gamer Couple. I had used the girl previously for my daughter so I was happy to used this boy for my son. I copic colored him and matched his clothes to my sons clothes. I then fussy cut him out. I made the background stamping the small icon images from the stamp set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink using my Misti. I colored those images with copic markers too. I added my EZ Lights to the back of my background panel. I used a small hole puncher to have my lights show through. I use scotch tape to secure my wires into place. I then added Clear Foam Tape 5MM to the ends so that my power button would not be noticeable at all. I then cut my background to layer on a 4.25 x 5.5 black cardstock and then glued them to my A2 card base. The boy and controller were glued with liquid glue.

I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the same Gamer Couple stamp set onto Pear Blossom Press’s Black sentiment cardstock with Versamark and WOW Bright White Opaque embossing powder. I cut them down with my paper trimmer. The “Press Here” sentiment is from MFT Interactve Labels that I heat embossed and cut out with a circle die from Waffle Flower Crafts. I hope you like my card, it was a lot of fun to make and I know my son will love it!!
