Shenanigan’s

Hi everyone! I’m back with some more St. Patrick’s days Memorydex Cards. I had to use The Greeting Farm Good Luck Anya and A Colorful Life Designs Stencils for my projects today.

On my 1st Memorydex card I used the retired Hedi Swapp Memorydex card dies. I cut it out with white cardstock about 3 times. I like them sturdy. I ink blended it with Lucky ink from Lawn Fawn using A Colorful Life Designs Shamrock Spray Stencil. I then splattered it with some gold paint from Gansai Tambi Starry Watercolors. I had colored up this cute Digital Good Luck Anya from The Greeting Farm printed on Neenah Solar White using my Copic Markers. I sized her a little smaller to fit my Memorydex card perfectly. I then fussy cut her out. I glued my Memorydex card together and glued some glitter green washi tape for fun. I added Anya and my sentiment strip with foam tape. Lastly, I added sequins and white gel accents. I love how it came out!

On this Memorydex card, I printed this SVG that I had in my Cricut Explore Library. I printed it about 3 times. One using this pinkish cardstock. I used a large Shamrock from a die set from Stamps Of Life. I cut it out in green cardstock and used the Shamrocks Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. I splattered it with some more gold splatter and used my fan brush to paint the ends of my shamrock. I colored Good Luck Anya with my Copic Markers and chose to match her to the cardstock choices. I love pink and green together and always use that combo this time of year. I glued my Memorydex cards together and I glued my large shamrock with liquid glue. I added Anya and my sentiment strip with foam tape and glued some embellishments. Lastly, I added some white gel accents. I hope you like my cards. I like how my Memorydex cards came out. Layered Bunny Faces!

Hello everyone! I have some fun Layered Bunny Faces cards for you today using the Layered Bunny Faces Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs Newest Release. I will have supplies and a coupon code down below for you.

I love this layering set. On this first card, I used Kraft paper and the Layered Bunny Faces #1 stencil first and ink blended with Ground Espresso Distress ink. I then placed Stencil #2 onto my ink blended bunny faces and used my black Gelly Roll pen to use with the faces for my bunnies. I then went back over with a white gel pen and dotted the noses for interest.

Next, I then cut out my background with a Chunky Scalloped Rectangle die from Simon Says Stamp using the largest die. I stamped a sentiment from a retired CC Designs Easter Egg Hunt stamp onto a oval die-cut. I added it to my card front with foam tape and added my card front to a A2 card base. Lastly, I used my Prismacolor Colored pencil for some pink in the bunny ears.

For my 2nd card, I used purple cardstock and ink blended with Wilted Violet distress ink, Kitsch Flamingo distress ink, and Salvaged Patina distress ink. I used my white Gelly roll pen this time for stencil #2 for my bunny faces.

Next, I used the same Scalloped Rectangle die and added a pre-made sentiment from my stash with foam tape. I also used my Prismacolor Colored pencil for the bunny ears. I added my card front to a A2 card base. I hope you like my cards. They were so much fun to make. Use my code VonFan10 to save 10% off your purchase. St Patty’s Day!

Hi everyone! I have some St. Patty’s Day projects today using stencils, dies, and SVG Files. I’m not Irish at least I don’t think so but I have always loved the fun theme of green, shamrocks, Leprechauns, Rainbows, and Pots of Gold.

For my first project I made a A2 card. I started out with white cardstock. A card panel smaller than a A2 size 4×5.25. I used the Shamrocks Stencil and Shamrocks Spray Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. I ink blended with Lucky Clover and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide ink. I used the Shamrocks background stencil on top and the Shamrocks Spray towards the lower part of my panel. I then splattered my card panel with some Gold Paint from Gansai Tambi Starry Colors using a Fan brush. I also painted the ends of my panel for fun. You can use a gold brush pen to achieve this look too.

I then had these mini strips sentiments in my box of sentiments that I added with foam squares. I die cut the ampersand die 3 times from a Spellbinders Club kit Small Die Of The Month using white cardstock and glues it with liquid glue. Lastly, I added my panel to a green heavy weight card base and added some sequins. I love how it came out.

I’m getting into Memroydex cards again or maybe you know them as Rolodex cards or files. I recently did a Live over on my friends YouTube channel LV Handmade and we made Memorydex cards. So fun. It’s smaller than a card and definitely a fun way to make someone smile when they receive it. I ink blended using the Shamrocks Stencil and Lucky Clover to this Memorydex that is a SVG file that I cut out using my Cricut Electronic Cutting Machine. Another thing on my list was to use my Cricut, Cameo Silhouette, and SVG files again. I also used my fan brush to apply gold paint to the ends to match my card.

Another SVG I had cut out was this Pinch Proof Shamrock using my Silhouette Cameo that I colored in with my copic markers. I love that it had this banner. Unfortunately my machine didn’t like the font of the sentiment included with the file. I did use a mini strip sentiment from my stash and glued it to the center of my banner. I glued my Memorydex card to another white Memorydex card to make my memorydex stronger. I then added my Pinch Proof Shamrock to my Memorydex card with foam squares. Lastly, I added some green sequins. I hope you like both my card and Memorydex card and perhaps it got you inspired to make something green. I chose to use the New Flower Gardem Stencil and Happy Stamp Set for my Card and I was able to make a matching Tag with my leftover ink blending!

I started out with white cardstock. I laid my Flower Garden Stencil over my cardstock and ink blended with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink, Antique Linen Distress Oxide ink, Bundled Sage Distress Oxide ink, and Salvaged Patina Distress ink. It’s such a Beautiful Stencil and would look beautiful any way you ink blend it. I love these Distressed inks together. After ink blending, I splattered some Red Gold paint from Gansai Tambi Starry Colors Paints. I cut my background to a rectangle smaller than A2 size. I found some pattern paper in my stash to layer onto. I placed my panel into my Misti Stamping Platform and heat embossed a sentiment from the New Happy Stamp Set. Happy Bee-Cause!

Hello! I hope you are doing well. It seemed like forever since I blogged so I thought this Spring-ish card was good for a quick blog for today. I will have supplies and a coupon code down below for you.

Lately, I have been looking in my stash and using what I have. So since the weather was warm here I was feeling the season Spring. I used this new to me stamp set given to me from a sweet crafty friend from a retired Spellbinders card kit called Feelin Happy 2020. I stamped the bees and beehive on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock with Memento Tuxedo black ink. I then colored my images in with my new set of Ohuhu Markers that I got recently. I fussy cut my images and began working on my background.

I used some light yellow cardstock from my stash and cut it smaller than a A2 card panel. I then used the Honeycomb Mask Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and ink blended it over my cardstock with Tea Dye Distress ink. I stamped a sentiment with black ink on white cardstock and cut it down with my paper trimmer. I adhered my panel to a A2 card base. I then adhered my honeycomb onto my sentiment with foam tape and glued my bees with liquid glue. Lastly, I added some sparkle and white gel accents with my white gel pen. I hope you like my card. Shamrocks!

Hello everyone! I have 2 different cards using the New Shamrock Spray Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs February Release. I will have a coupon code and supplies listed down below for you!

On my first card I started out with kraft cardstock using the New Shamrock Spray Stencil and ink blended with Catherine Pooler Martini ink and Gina K Designs White Pigment ink. I did turn my stencil to have a fun design with the shamrocks. When I was done ink blending, I flicked some Unicorn paint from LH Colors and Bubbling Cauldron Mica Spray. I love the shimmer.

I then cut out my panel with a Scalloped Rectangle die. I had some Mini Strips Sentiments pre-made from last year so I adhered this one with a foam strip. This panel was added to a A2 size Notecard I left this card without sequins to show off the design

For my second card, I used white cardstock and laid the Shamrock Spray stencil on it and ink blended with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink. I then flicked some Bubbling Cauldron Mica Spray. I used a Shamrock SVG File with my Silhouette Cameo Machine and from the Silhouette Design Store called Cute Clover Lucky It comes with the word Lucky so I glued that word that I cut out with black cardstock to my panel and stamped a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp in green ink. I then added my shamrock with foam tape. My panel was cut down smaller than a A2 size and glued to a green heavy weight note card. That’s it for my cards today.
