Sweet Birthday Wishes!

Hi there.  Yay, today is my Birthday!! Today, I made me a card like I always do each year.  That way my family has a card I approve of haha.  I chose to use this beautiful clear stamp by my friend Patricia called Baker Girl.  I love to make cakes, so this image was perfect for today.  Patricia owns Kinda Cute By Patricia and has a online store with Digital and clear stamps.  She is working on more clear stamps so check her out!!  Onto my card, I stamped and heat embossed the image with copic markers.  I was going for a Peppermint theme and we are in December now so I colored the cake to look like a peppermint cake.  I used a Lawn Fawn stitched rectangle and die cut it in a red glitter paper for my base.  I used a scalloped stitched rectangle and a SSS Diagonal Stripes stencil for my panel, using Candied Apple and Spun Sugar for my inks.  I used a Lawn Fawn Journaling rectangle die and MFT Birthday word background stamp for the image to rest on.  I die cut some stitched hearts and colored them in to match the girl.  Pretty Pink Posh sequins were perfect to decorate my panel.  I added foam tape to girl and cake and added glitter with my Spectrum Noir.  I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from a older MFT stamp set.  I added my panel to a A2 top folding card base.  I hope you like my card, thank you for stopping by.

Hi there.  I made this cute Christmas card using this adorable Llama from Neat & Tangled called Fa La Llama.  I love this cute stamp set, the illustrator Elena Roussakis does an amazing job each release.  I first stamped and colored the image with my Copics to match my pattern paper by BoBunny.  I used a word bubble die from My Creative Time and a Lawn Fawn word die for my sentiment.  I colored the word die to match my paper and llama.  I stamped the Llama word stamp in red Memento ink.  I used a clear glaze pen to go over the sentiment for interest.  I used a MFT scalloped rectangle and a stitched Lil Inker designs rectangle for my panels.  I popped my llama up with glue dots as well as the sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.  I used some gel pens and a glitter pen for my accents. I added a hill and lightly used a gray copic for shadow from the llama.  I popped my panel onto a gray A2 top folding card base.  Well, this finishes my card for today.  I hope you like it.  Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas Elves

Hi there.  I wanted to share what I have been working on.  I made a cute card and some tags.  I know I will be making more because I really love these elves.  I used Mama Elephant Christmas Spirit stamp set along with Tags Alot Tag Die Set.  I stamped and colored the images with copic markers.  I used a scallop rectangle from Jaded Blossom and used Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink for the edges.  On my card I used the largest tag die and used Peack feathers Oxide with worn Lipstick Oxide ink.  I sprinkled some water droplets and dried the excess with a paper towel.  I used a scallop edge die from MFT for my snow layer.  I added snow with Martha Stewart white glitter.  On my tags I doubled two of the tag die cuts using distress oxides in Peeled Paint, Worn Lipstick, and Fired Brick.  I used the Misletoe Kisses Collection from Simple Stories for my sentiments on the tags as well as snowflake on card. I am in love with that collection, I will be hoarding some haha.   I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment on the card in black and clear for a different layered look. I used glue dots for some dimension and I glued my card panel onto a A2 top folding card base with. My large tag has foam tape for dimension. I added matching twine to my tags with a bow.  Lastly, I added glitter with a clear glitter pen by Spectrum Noir.  I hope you like my card and tags.  Thanks for stopping by!

Brewing Up Christmas Wishes!

Hi there.  Today I made a Coffee card.  I have been wanting to use this stamp set for a long time.  I used Pumpkin Spice It Up by The Greeting Farm.  It was their collaboration stamp set with SSS for Stamptember.  I stamped and colored the girl with copic markers, and then fussy cut her out.  I added stripes on her jacket and bow with my gel pen.  I wanted to use some pattern paper but I also wanted a Snowflake background.  As you can see I did both.  I used a scalloped stitched rectangle from MFT.  I used the Label Shape Dies from Jaded Blossom for my sentiment, which I heat embossed.  The sentiment is from Happy Brew Year also by Jaded Blossom.  I used a snowflake stamp on the mugs in a white ink by Hero Arts.  I glued my panel onto a A2 top folding card base with foam tape.  I added foam tape to the girl and glued the sentiment with my ATG gun. I also used my Marvy snow marker for the whip cream in the mugs.  Lastly, I added stickles to her bow, sentiment, and snowflakes.  I hope you like my card, thank you for stopping by!

Winter Bird Card & Tag Set

Hi there.  Today, I made a card and tag using an old wooden Bird stamp from Martha Stewart.  This is the first time I have used it and it makes me happy to give my wooden stamps some love too!  Okay, so for my card I stamped the image two times onto ivory cardstock and colored  them in with my Copic markers.  I die cut it out using a Circle Tag from Lawn Fawn and using some Wavy Circles from My Creative Time.  I masked the bird images and used distress ink in Blueprint Sketch and Salty Ocean.  I blended until I got a dark blue sky.  I dabbed some water droplets and used a paper towel to absorb the rest of the water. I also added white gel marks to my sky.   I used Candied Apple Distress ink for the Wavy Cicle die cut.  I die cut another circle tag for me to stamp a To/From and then glued that to my colored bird tag.  I used white sparkly twine with red satin ribbon for a elegant look.  I used some foam tape for my wavy circles and added them to a stitched pattern paper rectangle die cut.  I also added a red satin bow and rinestone.  I stamped a sentiment from Mini Messages by My Creative Time onto a banner die cut.  I glued my panel onto a A2 side folding card base.  Lastly, I added red stickles to the berries and Nuvo drops that I premade.  I hope you like my card and tag, they were so fun to make!

Thank you for stopping by!

Holiday Greetings!

Hi there.  Today I made a cute holiday card today using this super cute and sweet bear image from Sugar Pea Designs called Eskimo Kisses.  I Copic colored the images and I used my Marvy snow marker again for puffy part of the jacket and on the ice.  i fussy cut the images out, which was super easy to do.  For the background I used my distress oxide colors in Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry, and Faded Jeans along with this fun snowflake stencil from My Creative Time.  I dabbed some white Unicorn ink from Hero arts with a sponge over my distressed background.  I added water droplets, and white gel marks and that was it. I love the way it came out.  I used a stitched rectangle from Lil Inker designs.  I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and snowflakes from the stamp set onto a die cut using a die from My Creative Time called Stitched Zig Zag Tags.  I popped my images and sentiment up with foam squares and glued my panel onto a A2 top folding card base.  I hope you like my card, thank you for stopping by!

Holiday Bunny Tags!

Hi there.  Today, I made these cute holiday tags using Mama Elephant Pix’s Happy Holiday Stamp.  This stamp set is still one of my favorites and so easy to color.  I stamped and heat embossed the three images, and colored them with my Copic markers.  I used a die also from Mama Elephant called Framed Tags-Union Square Creative Cuts.  I used the Marvy Snow Marker and added dots and lines and used the heat tool.  That is a great marker to have.  I punched a hole using my hole puncher and then added twine/ribbon.   I stamped and heat embossed the sentiments from a Mama Elephant set called Mini Messages.  I used some stickles and gel accents and that was it.  I hope you like my tags, thank you for stopping by!
