Coffee & Books

Hi there.  I have a card share for you today using this super cute stamp called Katiya.  She is April’s stamp of the month from The Ink Road.  Lots of codes for coupons, if you are interested send me a message either on Instagram or Facebook.  Back to my card, I stamped the image in MFT Black Extreme Ink and colored with my Clean Color Real Brush Markers(Zigs) and water brush.  I also paper pieced the hair tie and top with floral pattern paper.  I used my MFT blueprints for the scalloped rectangle also using paper from MFT.  I used my Fiskars grass punch and used the same paper pack.  I stamped the sentiment onto a tag die cut from Jaded Blossom’s Mini Tag Dies 2 and used my Misti with Lawn Fawn Flamingo pink ink.  I added yellow twine, and popped my image up with foam squares. I placed my panel on a A2 top folding card base.   Lastly I added nuvo drops and sequins to make my card interesting.  I hope you like my card for today, thank you for stopping by!

Coffee First!

Hello.  Today, I made a fun super cute card using this adorable stamp set by Jamie at Not2Shabby shop.  This is her first stamp and I love it so much!  It’s called Let’s Do Coffee and you can find it in her shop.  I stamped all the images in MFT Extreme Black ink.  All the images stamped beautifully the first time, I am so impressed.  I colored the images in with my copic markers and fussy cut them all out.  I used a fun embossing folder by Taylored expressions and fun pattern paper by Simple Stories.  After creating my scene, I popped up some images with foam squares and added glittered stickles.  I glued my panel with my ATG gun onto a pink A2 top folding card base.  I also stamped a sentiment from the stamp set.  I hope you like my card as much as I do!  Thank you for stopping by!

Magical Dreams Come True!

Hi there.  Today, I made this fun cute card using Pegasus  Kisses and Rectangle Dies 2 from Jaded Blossom.  I am entering this card in the Jaded Blossom April Monthly Color Sketch Challenge.  I started out stamping the Pegasus and colored it in with my copic markers.  I used some fun new paper that was perfect for the color sketch.  I used the largest stitched rectangle to make my panel accordingly.  I fussy cut the pegasus and popped it up with foam squares.  I used my Misti to help me stamp the sentiment with a nice crisp dark impression.  I used other pattern papers and cut them to fit my panel.  I glued my panel onto a A2 top folding white card base.  Lastly, I added Stardust stickles on the wings of the Pegasus, glitter with my Spectrum Noir Pen, and Pretty Pink Posh sequins.  I really like how this card turned out, I hope you do too! I also hope you join the monthly challenges, they are so much fun.

Thank you!

Your Friendship Brightens My Day!

Hello there.  Today I made a card today, and it was fun and easy using this fun kit from My Creative Time called Happy Rainy Day Kit.  Although it’s not raining today, I still think it will brighten someone’s day.  Don’t you think so?  I first die cut a stitched rectangle from the Scalloped Stitched Rectangle Dies also from My Creative Time and used the stencil from the kit.  I used various favorite distress oxide yummy colors to color my rain drops.  I added some sprinkles of water and dried the excess with a paper towel.  I then die cut the girl with the umbrella in yellow glittered cardstock and yellow foam to pop her up.  I then used a sentiment from the kit using my mini misti for a crisp impression.  I die cut a scalloped rectangle in a pattern paper from Lawn Fawn’s rainbow paper pad and glued my panel onto a A2 top folding card base.  I then added some clear sequins.  That finishes my card for today, I hope you like it.  Thanks for stopping by!

You blow My Mind!

Hello there.  Today, I created this fun card for the Create A Smile Challenge-Emboss Resist.  How fun is this challenge and this fun stamp set I used called You blow my mind.  I first started off die cutting a stitched square from Bristol smooth cardstock and embossing the images with white embossing powder.  I used my Tambi Kuretake watercolors and had fun painting.  When I was done painting I stamped the sentiment with black versafine ink and clear embossing powder using my heat tool for a embossed sentiment.  I die cut a scalloped square from some pattern paper and popped up my pattern paper with foam tape onto another scalloped card base.  I glued my painted embossed resistant panel onto the pattern scalloped card base.  I added some treats enamel stickers and added white dots onto my ground for interest.  I hope you like my card for today.  Thank you for taking a peek.

Happy Thoughts

Hi there.  Today I made this Spring themed card.  I used some Stamping Bella Stamps and LDRS Fancy Rectangles & Layers Creative dies.  I first stamped the Garden Backdrop with MFT Extreme Black ink using my Mini Misti for some good coverage.  I then die cut it using the Fancy Rectangles for a fun shape.  I then copic colored and stamped a sentiment from a Waffle Flower set called Across The Miles.  I then stamped a cute image from the Mini frenchie set and colored with my copics before fussy cutting it out.  I used foam tape for my fancy rectangles and my frenchie image.  I layered it onto a Lawn Fawn Stirched rectangle in lavender cardstock.  I glued my panel onto a side folding A2 card base.  Lastly,  I added some drops that look like little diamonds and some glitter with my Spectrum Noit pen.  I hope you like my Spring card, thank you for stopping by!
