Life is Better in Flip Flops!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing great today. I am hoping to try and finish all the Summer Cards I want to make that are on my list before I head into Autumn Cardmaking. Wish me luck!! So I hope you enjoy this one. I will have all my supplies and a coupon code down below for you!

I was inspired by some Flip Flops I saw recently. So there is my inspiration. I used this Beautiful Stamp set from Pink and Main called Stay Cool. I stamped and heat embossed the image onto Fabriano Hot Press Watercolor 140lb. paper. I colored it in with my Tombow Water Based Markers. When I was done with my coloring I cut it out with the Stay Cool Coordinating dies.

I used the Surfs Up Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs for my background. I ink blended it on Hammermill cardstock with Pinkfresh Studio Sunshine ink and Mermaid Lagoon distress Oxide ink. I then cut out my ink blended cardstock with the Pink and Main Mod Stitched Rectangle Dies using the largest die. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the Stay Cool Stamp Set. I cut it out with the coordinating die. I love that the sentiments have coordinating dies. I layered the sentiment on black cardstock for a little depth. I added my panel to a A2 card base and glued my image which was layered on black cardstock. I like the look of a little depth without using foam tape. I finished my card adding some blue sequins.
