I made a A2 card. I really have had so much fun using this kit, On this card, I really wanted to focus on this Beautiful Marigold Orange ink color. I love it and the other ink colors. I think I will be using this Marigold Orange ink a lot for the Fall as well. I stamped the larger floral image from Summer Blooms Stamp Set with the Marigold Orange and the leaves with Goddess Green ink using my Misti Stamping Platform. I also stamped some of the leaf silhouette stamps with Goddess Green ink and the smaller floral images with the Marigold Orange. I colored in my larger floral with a orange Polychromos Faber Castel colored pencil. I also did a little shading with a green Polychromos Faber Castel colored pencil. I then cut them out with the Summer Blooms Coordinating Dies.

I cut out some pattern paper with the Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack using pattern paper from the kit. I then stamped a sentiment onto Neenah Solar White from the Big & Bold sentiment stamp set using the Marigold Orange ink color. I cut my sentiment with my paper trimmer. I added a secondary sentiment using Goddess Green ink and the Supporting Script sentiment stamp set. I added my pattern paper to a A2 card base and arranged my floral and sentiments using foam squares for the florals and first sentiment. I used liquid glue for the secondary sentiment. Finally, I added some Summer Sparkles to finish my card off.

I hope you like my card. Thank you fro taking a peek!

    • Thank you Meghan, it’s actually pattern paper from the kit. You can easily make your own paper like this one using the floral image from the stamp set.

  1. What a cheerful card!! That is a very pretty shade of orange…. now I want mandarin oranges. That background is so nice behind that bloom. Yup, very cheerful card!
