Hi everyone! I have a card I made using A Colorful Life Designs New August Release! This is such an Amazing Release. It is filled with Landscapes. Any scenery you need for your project, this release has it. Also, A New Stamp Set called Altitude. Perfect for the projects you make using this Release. Click on this link for the Master Creator Bundle. I know you will enjoy mixing and matching these stencils. I also love that they are labeled directly on the stencil. I first grabbed some white heavy weight cardstock 110lb. First I used the Mountain Edger 5 Stencils with Simon Hurley’s Dye Triple Berry ink. I ink blending in a slanted way moving from the middle to up on my paper. I love having the positive and negative stencils to work with. I then used the Simple Hill 3 Stencil with Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide ink. Lastly, I used the Waves Stencil that is from a previous release. I used Catherine Poolers Cove Blue Dye ink. I first ink blended the blue ink and then placed my stencil over that area with a heavier hand using my blending brush.
I love these ink colors together, I wanted a non traditional look. I cut my panel out with a A2 size rectangle die using my Spellbinders Platinum Machine. I then placed my panel in my Misti Stamping Platform and stamped the sentiment from the New Stamp Set Altitude with Simon Hurley’s Triple Berry Dye ink. After I splattered some Silver Metallic Hydracolour paint in Chrome with a little bit of water and a paintbrush. When that was dry, I added some foam to the back of the panel before adding it to a A2 top folding card base. I added some sequins from my stash and that finishes my card. I hope you like it and I hope you love the New Release as much as I do! Use my code VonFan10 for 10% off your purchase.
