Hello everyone! I have a cute Slimline card to share with you today using a Digi Stamp from Kinda Cute By Patricia. It’s also a Birthday card. I am always in need of Birthday cards. Birthday cards might be my favorite to make!
Aren’t these cows Udderly Adorable? hehe. I thought how cute to make a Birthday card with these cows. This DIgi stamp is called Cow. I first printed them onto Georgia Pacific 110lb cardstock. I colored them in with my Altenew Artist Markers. I then fussy cut them out. You get three different cows but I just chose to color up two for this slimline card design.
I made my background using white cardstock and I first used the Big Balloon Stencil from MFT with Black Soot Distress Oxide ink and a Cotton Tail Blending Brush. I then used a Cloud Stencil from MFT called Mini Cloud Edges with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink. I inked the Balloon string using the Balloon stencil and Black Soot Distress Oxide ink. I then used the Slimline Grassy Edges Stencil from MFT with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide ink. I very carefully used the balloon stencil and a cow print stencil also MFT which I believe is now retired with Gina K Designs White Pigment ink with a small blender brush. I had to do it a couple of times as it look a little chalky.
I used a Slimline Die set from Gina Marie Designs to cut my panel out. I added my cows popping one up with foam tape. I then stamped a sentiment using three sentiment stamps from Sunny Studio Stamps called Miss Moo that I stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. I cut it out with my paper trimmer and then used my T-Square Ruler to place my sentiment straight with foam tape. My panel was then added to a black Slimline card base. I then added white gel accents with my white Signo pen and sequins. Can you believe I used four stencils for my card today? I hope you enjoyed my card, it was fun to make. Have a Great Crafty Day!
